Moving
This one is moving out of home and I'm moving in
(I crocheted a similar one to the sold one in my "shop", I wasn't
sure I'll be able to).
Changes was necessary, just like that. Plan nr one - leave the office. So I left and moved all my stuff home, where I'm gonna work - at least for a while (I can always move back if I have second thoughts). I'm not sure how all this stuff is gonna find its place....
I'd never had a pinata, I'd love to. Maybe I can have a moving in party, I want that one that suppose to look like a bull (I think).

Flowers
I must say those felt-flower-pins saved my winter. Boring cap - just add a flower. Grey and dull jumper - just add a colourful flower. You're in a hurry and just when you are leaving you do something and get a stain....just....add.... Forgot to buy "real" flowers to bring when you're meeting someone - bring a felt flower. It's true! I love it.

My first top
My first top made with my new machine. I have to learn to

Hormones
Morran thinks she is going to have puppies soon (she isn't). She behaves very strange. She don't want to go out and when she does she just try to find somewhere to live, like a hole between stones or something like that. And she will not come out when I call for her. Poor thing. It's like PMS x 10!

Rearrange furnitures
Our weekend activity was to move furnitures around (I have to put my sewingmachine somewhere).The rooms changed "task" with each other. I think it turned out pretty good. But this part of the flat will never ever be moved :)

Meeting a friend
Over a cup of coffe I had the pleasure meeting this little fellow. Brought to me by a friend that thought he saw resemblance with my stuff. Do I have to say I'm very flattered! Julie Arkell is the name of the creator. Here is a picture of an installation of hers, what a feeling walking around there. Drink more milk.
Birgitta - (symaskinen kostade 8.000 kr) men använder jag den mycket så är det ju värt det, använder jag den lite så har jag den resten av livet (kvinnlig shopping logik säjer min man). Jag vill att det ska vara en bra maskin som jag kan lita på.

Sewing machine
I want to buy a new sewing machine. I went to a shop to try it out, but I found it very difficult with some salesmen. Yadayadayada. I think I'll buy a Pfaff expression 2026. Anybody have any experience?

Below you can see the car that we borrows when they fix our own car, that was smashed under a storm last month. Tomorrow we can collect our car and leave this one (a bus came to close) I guess they are not going to be happy!
Jaha, vi fick låna en bil efter stormen (vår blev förstörd som ni kanske minns) ja nu ser den bilen som vi lånat ut så här! Bussen har slipat sej mot "vår" bil. I morgon ska vi lämna tillbaks den här och få vår egna. Jag är glad att jag slipper åka och lämna den här krockade bilen.

Dognames
Jag läste i en artikel om hundar, människor och
hundmänniskor att man kan se en ökande tendens till att använda
människonamn på hundar, och att traditionella hundnamn inte
längre är så populära. Innan jag skaffade Morran
tänkte jag på att det hade varit kul att kalla sin hund för
mamma eller morsan. Jag såg min man stå och ropa på
hunden (morsan) som gjorde något bus i en buske, eller sa till sina
arbetskamrater att han var tvungen att gå hem för mamma var
ensam hemma. Jättekul! Tills jag insåg att det gällde
ju även mej, jag skulle också få stå i parken och
ropa -Morsan kom hit. Då var det inte lika roligt längre.
Förr kallade dom ofta den nya hunden för samma namn som den
dom haft innan. Det säjer antagligen en del om oss. Morran heter
egentligen Freja men det kunde ju vem som helst se att det var en Morra.
At least in Sweden it becomes more and more common to call the dog a human-name. Before I got Morran I thought about calling the dog - Mother or Mom or something like that. I pictured my husband calling for the dog - Mother, Mother come here! Or telling his friends at work he must go home because Mom was alone at home. Very funny! Until I realised that even I will have to call for the dog. Mother, heal!

Searching for sun
Lyckan var nästan total när Morran märkte att solen sken in så att det blev en solfläck där hon kunde ligga. Det var länge, länge sedan.
I dag var jag på en fransk film på Göteborgs Filmfestival. Döm om min förvåning när den där blonda tjejen som vann BigBrother förra året (tror jag) var med, bara en minut eller så. Hon spelade så klart slampig älskarinna. Johnny Depp var med i fem minuter också (långt senare i filmen) men ändå, hon har alltså spelat i samma film som Johnny Depp! På torsdag ska jag se en film från Argentina som jag enbart valt utifrån namnet - El Perro (Hunden).
It's Gothenburg Filmfestival this week. It's great to be able to see films from all over the world, from morning to night. The difficult part is to choose a film among all these films that you don't know anything about.
